Delivery Policy

1- Domain Registration

Upon receipt of your order, you will be able to manage your purchased domain name (s) immediately, WHOIS information, Registry Records and the control panel history will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

2- Domain Renewal

Upon receipt of your order, your domain name(s) renewal request will be processed immediately, WHOIS information, Registry Records and the control panel history will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

3. Domain Transfer

Upon receipt of your order, your domain name(s) transfer request will be in pending transfer status, your order will be delivered to you within 12 days.

You will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your transfer, you must reply to us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not reply to us within 5 days from the date of your order, the Domain name(s) transfer you purchased will be considered received, and delivered to you.
