Refunds

Since REG.LY offers non-tangible and non-returnable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is finalized and the product is activated.

The purchase of a product (Domain Registration, Renewal and Transferring) implies acceptance of all its features and limitations. Refunds on the grounds of customer’s belief that the product does not meet their expectations or not as described will not be issued.

All funds deposited to the customer account are final and no refund will be issued.

The only exception: Should a domain name fail to register, renew or transfer due to technical difficulties (ie. server shutdown, power outage) beyond Reg.ly’s control, Reg.ly is not and will not be held responsible for a loss of such domain should it be registered afterward by a different applicant.  Reg.ly will refund the order fees should the first applicant is unable to register the domain.

Exchange: In case of a typographical mistake after purchase a Domain registration. Reg.ly will help the customer to correct the typographical mistake without any extra charge, ONLY during 3 days from the payment date. after that no exchange will be issued.

Please Note: You may use your own nameservers or your hosting nameservers (eg. ns1.example.com ns2.example.com).

Should a domain name dispute arise by any third party, or if any dispute arises under this Registration Agreement, the applicant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
